During this initial phase, we focus on gaining a deep understanding of each customer's needs and expectations. Through our professional customer service team, we provide one-on-one consultation to help customers clarify their specific needs for solar photovoltaic bracket systems, including but not limited to project locations, environmental conditions, installed capacity, budget range, and any special design requirements. Our goal is to ensure that every customer's needs are accurately captured, laying a solid foundation for subsequent design and development.
Communicate Customised Designs

Based on the initial customer demand analysis, our design team begins to develop a personalized solar photovoltaic bracket system design plan. This includes design considerations of key elements such as structural layout, material selection, load-bearing calculations, wind pressure resistance and snow load capacity. We maintain close communication with customers and display the design plan through drawings, 3D models or virtual reality technology to ensure that customers can intuitively understand and provide feedback. This iterative process continues until the customer is completely satisfied with the design plan.
Deposit Payment

After the design plan is determined, in order to ensure the smooth progress of the project, we will require customers to pay a certain percentage of the deposit. Production Arrangement

After receiving the deposit, our production department will carry out a series of preparatory work such as material procurement, production and processing, and quality inspection according to the final confirmed design plan. We have advanced production lines and strict quality control systems to ensure that every product meets international standards and customer requirements. At this stage, we will regularly report production progress to customers to ensure transparency and timeliness of information.
Scheduled Delivery

Based on the production progress and specific needs of customers, we formulate a detailed delivery plan. This includes preparation of services such as logistics arrangements, transportation insurance, and on-site installation guidance. We are committed to on-time delivery to reduce customer waiting time and ensure that the photovoltaic bracket system can be put into use as planned. Before delivery, we will conduct a comprehensive quality inspection again to ensure that the product is intact.
Confirm Receipt of Goods

Finally, we invite customers to inspect the goods after receiving them. Customers can conduct on-site inspections or entrust third-party agencies to conduct quality inspections to ensure that all products meet the specifications and standards agreed in the contract.
